Absolutely! Since Devine Services is a limited company, all our cleaners are covered by our limited liability insurance.
Are your employees trained?
All of our employees are expertly trained by us, regardless of their previous cleaning experience. We also make sure our employees are all well versed in health and safety procedures such as Risk Assessment and C.O.S.S.H.
Do you supply cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes, all the necessary materials and equipment will be provided by Devine Services.
Will we always have the same cleaner?
Yes, for regular cleans, you will generally have the same cleaner or cleaning team every time. If your regular cleaner ever happens to be unavailable, we will always contact you before providing a substitute.
Do you offer cleaning services for homes?
Devine Services does provide domestic cleaning services at an affordable rate, whether for a regular cleans or just a one-off spring clean.
What are your hourly rates?
Our standard hourly rate for cleaning is competitively priced at £10.50/hour. However, with most cleaning contracts, we tend to assess the size and scale of the job and then offer a quote.
Which areas do you cover?
Though we are based in Nottingham, our flexible team work in locations across the UK, from London to Aberdeen.
Can you provide emergency cleaning at short notice?
Yes we can. And unlike most cleaning contractors, we are happy to provide emergency cleaning at our standard rate, no additional charge added.
